CANCELATIONS: 
We are living in a busy world and for some unexpected situations you might want to cancel your booking with us. There’s No Problem. Please cancel your booking 24 Hours before the booking time and we’ll refund you in full. Otherwise you will be charged the amount of £50 pounds for not complying to our term and conditions.

REFUNDS: 
Please note we will strive always to achieve perfection and create the most beautiful memories for you and your family. But if, in any circumstances we will fall short we will be happy to refund you in full.
