How far in advance should we book?We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. Popular dates, especially during the summer, can fill up quickly.

What packages do you offer?We offer several packages tailored to different needs, including: Basic Package: Highlights video (3-5 minutes) and coverage of the ceremony. Standard Package: Full-day coverage, highlights video, and ceremony & speeches in full. Premium Package: Full-day coverage, highlights video, feature-length film (15-20 minutes), and drone footage. How do we secure our date?A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

Can we meet you before booking?Of course! We’d love to meet you for a consultation, either in person or via video call, to discuss your plans and answer any questions.

Will you visit the venue before the wedding?If possible, we conduct a site visit or liaise with the venue staff to familiarize ourselves with the location. This helps us plan the best angles and lighting for your video. Otherwise we always arrive ahead of time to make sure we plan ahead and know the venue well.

How long will you stay on the wedding day?We offer flexible coverage based on your chosen package. Full-day coverage typically includes from bridal preparations to the first dance or evening celebrations including cutting the cake.

Do you work alone or with a team?Depending on the package and complexity of the event, we may work solo or with a second videographer to ensure all important moments are captured. I might work alone but do the job of 2, 3 people. No joke, I'll film your wedding ceremony with 3 cameras getting you 3 different angles and saving you some cash, isn't it wonderful!

Do you use drones?Yes, drone footage is included in our premium package or can be added as an extra to other packages. Please note that drone usage depends on weather conditions and venue restrictions.

How long does it take to receive our wedding video?Our standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks after your wedding. This allows us to carefully edit and craft a video that reflects your special day perfectly.

Can we choose the music for our video?Absolutely! We encourage you to share songs or genres that are meaningful to you. We use licensed music to ensure your video is fully compliant with copyright laws.

How will our video be delivered?Your video will be delivered digitally via a private, shareable link. We also offer USB drives as an optional add-on.

What equipment do you use?We use professional-grade cinema cameras, lenses, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality footage. We also bring backup equipment to ensure reliability.

Do you provide raw footage?Raw footage is available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that raw footage is unedited and may include clips that are not color-graded or polished.

What happens if there is an issue with your equipment on the day?We bring backup equipment to every wedding to ensure smooth coverage in the unlikely event of technical issues.

What happens if you’re unable to attend on the day?In the rare case of an emergency, we have a network of trusted professional videographers we can call upon to ensure your day is covered.

What are your payment terms?A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to discuss rescheduling depending on availability.

Do you need insurance as a wedding videographer?Simply, Yes! You do! And we are fully insured, including public liability and professional indemnity coverage, which is often required by venues all around the country.
